Making Bronze / Silver team ( Im Plat) Read description

Hi everyone, I've thought of an idea that would be fun and a good experience for low elo players (Silver and bronze) I would like to make a (Silver and Bronze) only team that I would be helping / coaching the players . And I would like to help them individually obtain gold by the end of season 5 . I know im only plat but I got placed bronze 4 so I must know something about the game to progress so far . I will add whoever fills out the form right away

Whether its for fun or not, I like knowing the people I play with, and I think it makes the game exponentially more fun. Skype / Curse ? : I'll release that if you accept me. What are some pro's / con's about you when it comes to league : Pros: I seek outplays and am not afraid to go HAM and sacrifice myself if it means we win out in the long run. I often win lane and roam whenever I can. I heavily ward early game. Cons: I seek outplays and am not afraid to go HAM. The negatives are this are pretty self-explanatory. I usually stop buying wards after the 25 min mark.

Why would you like to join the team? : I'm looking for a ranked fives team that I can progress with so that I can learn new things with them while having a good time, with no ragers. Skype / Curse ? : If you accept me, I'll let you know what they are. I have only Skype, though. What are some pro's / con's about you when it comes to league : Pros - I almost never get too arrogant, I'm level-headed, decent at farming (depending on the lane), can change from aggressive to passive with ease, I'm not bad at skillshots.
Cons - I sometimes make the wrong choice of when to go in, sometimes my map awareness is lacking when I'm focusing on farming (ADC), and I can occasionally get caught out.

With my teammates we can all grow and learn together. Skype / Curse ? : Have Skype, able to get curse What are some pro's / con's about you when it comes to league : Pros are that I am a fun teammate to be around, I can play often, and I am skilled at my position. Some cons are I am kinda young, although I don't really act like it, and sometimes I can get aggravated but not like uncontrollable.

Age : 25. Role : Support. Top 3 champs for picked role : Janna, Nami, Soraka. Rank : BIV (oscilated between BII and BV). Time Availability : Afternoons/Nights during the week. Why would you like to join the team? : I really want to get better at the game, improve my personal skill and my teamwork abilities, and be able to feel accomplished by executing good plays for my team. Skype / Curse ? : ShadowKnight1224 on Skype. What are some pro's / con's about you when it comes to league : I am very team-oriented, always ready to do what's necessary for the team, I pick up criticism fairly well and I am always willing to improve. On the downside, I can be defeatist and too self-critical.

If Support's taken, I am also pretty decent at Lissandra and Anivia, both of which can go mid or top as necessary (though I prefer Lissandra for top and Anivia for mid).
