Araylian Gaming Team Recruitment. In need of a gold Supp main/ Jungle Main!

Araylian Gaming (ARG T1) is currently recruiting active league members for a ranked team that is striving for tournament lcs style play. At the moment we currently have a head coach in diamond 3 and a platinum 1 coach for a assistant coach. We have A gold top laner a Silver Adc main, Silver Mid main that has played on fold competitive teams in past. We currently are searching for a Gold Jungling main that can become one of our shot callers. Must be able to use a stable internet connection, must be somebody that is willing to improve, not rage, take constructive criticism well, get along with the other members of the team and conduct themselves appropriately and professionally as we are striving to make a name for ourselves. We are also looking for a Supp main who will also be on at a regular basis, again looking for a gold ranking but in this role we are willing to accept a silver if they meet what we are looking for. The support must be able to have a stable net connection, be on at designated times, play consistently and be willing to improve, take constructive criticism. not rage or tilt, be able to play under pressure, get along with other members of the team and listen to our coaching staff. the team is also aligned with two different gaming communities, both have teams either striving for competition or are currently in competition. one of them also hold informational 5v5 sessions much like a academy. so a joining our team you will have plenty of access to many veterans who are in the higher elo divisions to help you take your individual play and experience further. currently most of our team is on EST time and our practices will run roughly 5:30-10 pm tues- Fri Weekends are free days. we will also have a organized spreadsheet available for the team in terms of what to expect on practice days, and or scrim days that we set up with other teams. we do have our own private room in discord on a server that only members of our team can access. from time to time we will host a mock tournament among the scrim teams. Araylian Gaming is a team that is just starting out, and we are fortunate enough to have access to a lot of connections and resources to help put us on the right path. This is a team that is about finding our limits both individually and as a team and pushing past them. the team will be like a family so bming is not allowed. also members are to be accepting and will not discriminate a player based on religion, race, color, ethnicity, culture, gender identification, gay/lesbian, bisexual, we will not tolerate any racial slurs, or anything that would be taken as a offensive and or insult.

Players will be expected to make the practice/scrim/tournament times if a player cannot make it and are a starter they must notify the captains and the coaching staff 24 hours in advanced allowing us time to prep the sub, and work around the empty role, or reschedule if necessary. Practice times and announcements will be well posted and discussed well in advance to also help players work their schedule around ours and if necessary inform us of your inability to play or show up. Please note this is not a excuse to miss multiple times, and it will be addressed accordingly depending on situation.
