Araylian Gaming Recruiting Silver + top/ Head Coach/ Jungle/ Mid

Araylian Gaming ( ARG T1) is the first of hopefully many teams we plan to take to competition eventually. we are a team just starting out. Currently wqe have a ADC and a Supp. Currently in need of a Head Coach pref high gold + who knows the game well and is willing to help our players improve their play, learn competitive strategy and plays, and find new ways to help our team grow. Also we are looking for a Top laner who can play consistant and play under pressure, not rage or tilt often, and is willing to communicate. WE are looking for a Silver+ jungler who can meet the same req as a top laner, Also looking for a mid again same req.

Also needs to be able to communicate via a call. This includes a working mic, and a way to use a voice client. voice client will be decided as a team. Also Gender, ethnicity, Attraction, identity, race, religion, and anything else will not and cannot be used against you. at Araylian gaming we do not care about any of that only a players ability to perform. and adapt when not performing. so do not be shy or scared to try out.

Araylian Gaming A;so Belongs to a group that does hold team scrims, friendly tournaments, informational 5v5 sessions and has a lot to offer other players who are still learning or looking to improve. They do have a Discord channel, In a way its like their own academy where they do this stuff on weekends.

The team will try to set its practices and play schedule around the teams IRL schedule so that we dont have a conflict of interest or inconveniences. The team will not push blame to a individual as we are a team and all share and partake in blame for losses. however we will touch up on ones mistakes as a learning experience. it is not to be taken as a personal shot. it is so we all can learn and adapt. we will be looking for analyst in future.
