Team Araylian Gaming Recruiting a Gold Top laner.

Team Araylian Gaming (ARG T1) is a New Competitive team that is looking to leave its mark in the lower level competition and rise to the top striving for pros in future. Currently the team is in its building stage and we currently have a ADC, MID, Jungle, Support, Head Coach, as well as two gaming communities it is aligned with that has multiple Teams that are gold level and up to scrim and help us become what we are striving for. Araylian Gaming is about finding players with potential and talent, helping the find their limits and pushing past the barrier to bring them to the next level.

Currently the team is looking for a Gold level Top lane (minimum rank gold v- maximum rank gold 1) who can play calmly under pressure, communicate important and viable information to the shot caller (currently our jungler) and or our secondary shotcaller (currently our supp) to make efficient and fluent plays. Must have a stable internet access, be on at designated times, be punctual and professional with team, opponents, and anybody who may become a fan or is looking to ask questions. The player needs to be willing to be coached, to improve and play their best everyday. If they are having a bad game or several (aka cold spells) needs to be willing to ask for help and listen and play to improve, not tilt, rage, bm, play the "blame game" (as we win or lose as a team and nobody is perfect or going to play perfect) and accept the outcome and use it as a drive to improve and recover. The team has its own private discord channel strictly for the team that is closed off to everyone but the members of the team and admins of the server who will periodically check in. Any information regarding the teams play, strategy in preparing for games against a team challenge, etc is sensitive information and is not to be told freely to another team that we could possibly be competing against. We are not opposed to helping other teams improve and will sometimes allow them to practice with us. however that decision needs to be discussed as a team and agreed upon as a team.

Our time zone is on EST time, we are a NA team representing the NA server. as such we are to conduct ourselves appropriately and proudly. practices are from 7-10 tues -thurs. friday can vary as to whether or not i work overtime that day or not. team needs to try to be online and in discord by 5:30 as to have time to warm up talk and discuss anything that needs to be addressed. so as to not cut into practice time. the team will have a organized layout in terms of schedule, voice call, and efficient system as to how we perfect our play as a team. this will come through time as we are all well aware and are hoping to have our starting top laner very soon.

Plz note that current as well as past seasons will be looked at as a team, (this will not determine whether or not you make the team) as well as current match history, there will be a interview with the team, and a tryout over the coarse of a week as to see if the team is the right fit for you and us. also you have the choice to decide if it is not the right choice for you even if we do want you. the decision has to go both ways to ensure the perfect fit. Also plz note that discrimination among tryout and members of the team in terms of Race, color, ethnicity, sex, Gender identification, gender affiliation, gay/lesbian/bisexual, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. the team is looking for a players ability to perform and adapt when not performing. the team will be like your family so it is imperative that we welcome and accept our members for who they are so they do not have to hide and make their experience with us as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are looking to start as soon as possible.
