THEY ARE JUST SIMPLY PLAYING DUO

Eh, I doubt that they'll do much about it tbh. Boosting is bad for everyone but I'm not entirely sure what will really be done about it. I suppose that you can submit a support ticket to ask and maybe repost this in player behaviour

If its duo boosting, nothing that can be done about it. But if they are playing on the account, that is bannable

The only way you can tell if someone is boosting someone if their IP doesn't match. Meaning the creators IP will be different from the boosters. So you can always write a ticket and explain the situation. If some guy has 500 games in bronze then he goes on a 50 game win streak, then obviously something is up. I really don't know how riot enforces on people boosting people with their own money. I know they can get in trouble if they post it on the boards that they are boosting.

Define "boosting".
