Creating Serious Season 5 Ranked Team (Silver - Gold)

Looking for 4 serious players that want to be the best. You don't need to be the best right now, but you must have that goal. Currently holding tryouts for Top, Jungle, Mid, and Support

Requirements:

Preferably 18+ but I can make exceptions Silver 5 - Gold 1 A good attitude during games, whether winning or losing Serious, no trolling in game An open schedule for evenings and nights eastern time, weekdays and weekends (not every day) Decent sized meta champion pool, no one trick ponies and Urgot only mains, etc Understand your role and how your role fits into the team. Non-toxic, no flaming, threats, hate, if you got your ass kicked suck it up and be a man, etc Will either be Skype, TS3, or CV The dedication to be the best!

Weaknesses: consistency has always been my problem in every game i play. i get shaken up when put in situations that i am unfamiliar with and can sometimes let my nerves snowball my game in a downward direction. Shotcaller (y/n, if yes please explain): either. yes because i have been a stratcaller on a high-level cs team before with decent amount of success, as well as a shotcaller in wow arenas. no because i am still pretty new to this game and do not have the experience that i feel is necessary to make good calls. Timezone: pacific Availability: i am a college student who also works so my availability is different everyday and my schedule changes every term (3-4 months). i work in a pharmacy that closes at 6pst (9est) so nights shouldn't be a big issue for me. on days that i don't work, i could be home as early as noon depending on my class schedule.

Dedication level to a team (1-10, 10 being the highest): 9, I still like solo que but will be very dedicated to team. Strengths: I am a mostly positive style player, I love being supportive and helpful to teammates and telling them "it's ok, stop fighting, just play smart, we got this etc." I love being good at all lanes/roles and I have spent a lot of time practicing all champs so i know how to play them and how to counter them. Though I mostly listed mids/adcs I can play all roles pretty well although support is my least experiences role. If I had to order my roles it would be Mid/Adc/JG/Top/Support. I would play supp. if you want me to but I feel less confident in that role. I have good map awareness and good cs per minute most the time. I love working as a team and grouping more than split pushing but I am open to all styles of play. Weaknesses: Sometimes I feel over confident and might give up a kill for a cocky reason but usually I bounce back and don't let it happen again. I never "feed". Shot-caller (y/n, if yes please explain): Yes and No, I only call for things that matter and if someone else wants to be the leader/caller I am fine with that. I also hate mass pings. Timezone: Mountain Std Availability: Most evenings, 3-4 days a week when i don't have class i can be on all day. Weekends usually.
