Looking to coach for lower-mid elo team (Bronze - Gold)

Hello,

My name is Ken, I'm 21 and I've been playing League of Legends since early season 1. I am not mechanically skilled, and I likely will not climb higher than the gold elo I am in currently. Instead of trying to climb myself to challenger through my individual skill, I'd rather help out a team reach their highest potential. I don't believe the elo of the team really matters, but since it's my first time I think it'd be a good place to start.

About me:

  • Mature
  • Very serious about everything I do, and will not give up on any team after losses.
  • Dedicated, I will put in the time to analyze every professional game, and the teams games. I will find the optimal strategies that fit to the teams strengths.
  • Free time, I have way too much free time, which will ensure that everything the team needs gets done.
  • College diploma in Criminal Justice, that alone doesn't mean much, but I've taken courses in Psychology, Sociology, Communication skills, Conflict Management, and Suicide Intervention. I've also shown skills in public speaking, debating, and attention to detail. All these skills will allow me to understand the team dynamic and defuse any issues the team has in the most efficient manner. I will be approachable, and be able to assist any problems the players have, whatever the problem may be, due to my vast and diverse history.
  • Willing to learn, I do not know everything, and I have never coached a team before; however, you will not be able to find anyone more willing to learn and improve than me. I strive to be the best I can possibly be.
  • Availability, I am available late-afternoons, evenings, and nights on Atlantic Standard Time (one hour ahead of EST) 7 days a week.
  • I will never ask for any money from the team, or players, all I ask is for your seriousness and time.

If any team is interested in giving me a chance, or just has any questions, feel free to:

Thanks for reading, and thanks for your time!
