Serious Tournament Team looking for a toplane/support

This team has been together for awhile and plans to stay like this for awhile. Due to some real life situations, we are in need of a toplaner and a support. You must be Plat+ in solo queue or ranked 5's (or if you were plat 3+ last season). This team would be playing almost everyday and would do a tournament when we can.
