Rank doesnt matter because we will get better as a team Although you must at least show an interest and put in effort into communicating with the team. I am also on the east coast so if people from the east coast could come together we can have better ping but then again it really isnt necessary. Patience is probably a must since rank doesnt matter we have to learn as team to get to know our weaknesses and strengths.
