Silver I looking to get to gold

I main Mid, I need some people to help me get to Gold as i can't really trust solo queue anymore. Please be able to play the game decently and don't rage and flame the other people in the chat, its just a waste of your words. Looking to Duo or Trio pretty much, not asking for the best players in the world just be able to play the game at a high enough level to where you don't die in lane 8 times.
