[Platinum/Diamond/Master] PHXF E-Sports LF Head Coach/Analysts

Hey all, I'll keep this brief and simple, to help benefit our players we decided that an expansion in our coaching and support staff is necessary in giving our players the resources for success on and off the Rift. We're looking mainly for people with experienced resumes working with high elo teams [Diamond/Master/Plat], however all applications are reviewed. We are looking for the following roles to be filled, I will give a very brief and general outline of each specific job. (NOTE: None of these jobs offer any form of income at the moment)

COACHING STAFF Head Coach: As our team has grown in the past month I have not been able to meet the req’s of what I believe is needed in a Head Coach for this specific team, and have come to the final conclusion that I can no longer juggle the responsibilities of a Head Coach and Strategic Coach. We are looking for a Head Coach that is a level-headed individual who can work with our staff and players to diffuse arguments with players, enforce que times and scheduling, and help our players grow.

Meta Analyst: Your job on the team is to analyze patch by patch meta and give a rundown on your insights and thoughts on what the champ and meta game is. This means hours of watching and listening to LCS footage and reading patch notes. Collaborate heavily with the Strategic Coaches.

Player Performance/Game Analyst: Your job is to analyze each player’s performance in games in order to help find any errors in their micro game and macro game, analyze if there is anything that can be improved in item builds, laning, team fight positioning etc. Collaborate heavily with the Head Coaches. Again we're looking for people with experience in higher elo 5s for this job.

Please give your application with short resume below for each respective role, also include primary email address or IGN as a means to contact you. All questions or larger applications can be sent directly to [email protected]

EDIT: I need to know your age if you’re applying for the Head Coach position.
