Looking for teamate(s) for Ranked

My last partner I played ranked with went into boot camp, so I am looking for someone else to play ranked with. My rank is Silver III, and I just want to climb to at least gold for the victorious skin. I tend to be a casual but I still put my effort into trying to win and play the game right. I don't really have a main and lack the confidence to carry, so I tend to play support, but I am willing to practice other roles before we go into ranked and am also working on my confidence. I don't normally play tank supports, but if you would like me to I am willing to practice. (Same goes if you want me to practice another lane, I did do alright as jungle )

I am open to using voice chat as well, and if we do get more than 2 would prefer we have a whole team for the dynamic que. Do not forget: I am open to playing normals before we commit so you can judge whether I am worth your companionship or not.
