LF smart players or smurfs

to get me to gold 5. I'm constantly hovering around the 80 LP mark in Silver 1 and I really just can't carry any of these teams I get when I reach this LP point. It's like I have smart people pre 80 LP and we work together and then once I get the 80 LP, everyone starts feeding like crazy. So smurfs, you want to smurf, smurf it up with me. Smart people, you want someone else who plays smart and can play from behind, hit me up. I'm tired of this garbage constantly fighting players I'm getting who don't understand power spikes, item builds, the importance of farming, or the fact that they are 3 levels behind a character trying to fight him as if something is going to happen
