New esports community LF staff, coaches and players/teams

Hello, I'm Jesse aka ALittleUgly, and I'm the manager of a team called retribution esports, a team of high platinum players that are reaching for challenger series next year, but right now there isn't much I can do in order to help them reach there goal of getting better at league. But I can give them the resources to do it, as well as give plenty of other people that resource too. I'm starting a community of teams with a competitive drive, but first I need the staff to do it and the coaches to help you. I also want this to be a brand dedicated to getting all levels of players better at the game, but that will take some time. My priority of people I need goes as follows.

1. Community managers These should be people that have some experience in management, and a passion for esports. I need these people to help me manage the community, and possibly individual teams in the future as they aspire to reach challenger series. I need 1 more manager to start, but there will be more positions open once we get ourselves together. Preferable age is 18+, must be at least 16

2. Content/Social media manager I want our community to be more then just a community, I want it to be a brand as well. You will be responsible for helping out teams with their plans for streams, youtube and social media as well as getting our name our there as a community. We will probably only need 1, unless our 1 needs help.

Update: We have a content/social media manager now, but if you can help with editing videos, that would be a huge help

3. Coaches These will be for individual teams. You will be selected by a team to coach them, and we will probably have plenty of room for more. I will have teams select you from a list of other coaches, they will be able to talk to you and decide what is right for their team and you will be that teams coach if they select you. (I do this because I want teams to have a dedicated coach rather then a bunch of coaches that pop in and out of rooms, which is what i see other communities doing) Must be age 16+

4. Players/teams I'm not recruiting these until I have everything i need together (staff, coaches etc.) but please feel to contact me so that I can get back to you in the future.

It is also worth noting that one of my priorities is making the staff members paid positions, and give the players and teams the resources to make money themselves.
