looking to make a small gaming community

I'm looking for a few friends to start up a gaming community. I've been searching for a gaming community that is perfect for me and I just haven't found one. So my next idea is to start up my own gaming community. so maybe someone with a ts server wants to join up with me and make a community. I already have a name. It will be called Blue Mountain Gaming. I'm having a logo made. All I need is few few admins to help me with the startup process. Recruiters, mods. Maybe someone could make a website. This is from square one, I have nothing done for it. So if you would like to join me and put in some work with me we could make something that could be fun for us and provide people with a place to play games.
