[LFM] Making a serious Diamond/Plat Team for Season 5!
Hi I'm Ramen4Brunch, and I don't know about you guys, but I am super sick of having teams that have great potential break apart because of 1 loss in placements or someone can never get on because of scheduling. This is why i'm making a team for serious players who want to accomplish something in Ranked 5's. Now I realize that this team isn't going to make to it the LCS or anything, but having a high diamond rated ranked team would not be so bad :P. If things go well, I would plan on having a manager of some sorts who would find tounaments to compete in, find other teams to play against, recruit subs, and make the tough decisions of whether someone on the team is holding back the rest of the team and needs to be replaced. (yes, I realize this could happen to me also, and in the end I could be the one kicked from the team) Also I would try and get someone with good game knowledge to record some of our games and analyze them in order for us to improve.

**EDIT: A rough schedule we would probably use would be as follows:
- Monday- OFF
- Tuesday- End around 9/10 P.M. Eastern
- Wednesday- Ditto
- Thursday- OFF
- Friday- End 11 Eastern
- Saturday- As long as possible
- Sunday- OFF
This schedule is VERY subject to change and will be worked around anybody's schedule. EDIT:I have sent out invites accordingly, but please feel free to keep applying.
