[LFM] - [SERIOUS] - Looking to create a serious and dedicated ranked team

Hi, everyone I am a gold 4 adc main looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. This team will have fixed practice/ playing times so please consider your availability before you apply. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be willing to take this team as far as we can go. So if you are not serious enough then this is not for you. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

Requirements for players:

  • Must be Gold +
  • Must be 18+
  • good game knowledge and understanding (knows what they are doing)
  • takes games seriously and does not mess around in ranked (i can totally have fun, troll around during skirms or practice)
  • can play from behind
  • deal with troll, ragers, toxic people
  • none of the 3 from above themselves
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scirms/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

  • must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
  • new coaches/ analysts are welcomed

We always fall apart after a few weeks and people stop showing up. Strengths: I'm good mechanically, I can take criticism very well, I can play whatever the team needs, I'm dedicated. Weaknesses: I tend to farm when lanes are losing bad, I become quiet if I am getting destroyed As a 5s team, you will have set practice times. How do we know that you will continue to be able to show up for practices? I have nothing else to do. I play league pretty much all the time and the only other thing I would be doing is playing Hearthstone or a steam game. In the past, the team has had huge issues with leaving players, and loss of dedication. In 2 months , how do we know your going to be here? Mostly the same as above, but I am looking to grow as a team and continue to get better. I don't have unrealistic expectations like becoming pro but I am dedicated. Do you understand you will be dropped if you fail to show up on time constantly, especially the first time? I would expect as much for me and my teamates. Why do you want to join this team? Honestly I am getting bored of just playing Soloque, and I think it would be a really good experience to get with 4 other people and grow together and become better. I don't want to play casual so ranked teams is the best option I can think of.

Weaknesses: I tend to be a little to aggressive in lane, often having to recall more then usual.
As a 5s team, you will have set practice times. How do we know that you will continue to be able to show up for practices? I do online classes during the day and don't work nights so I'm pretty available. In the past, the team has had huge issues with leaving players, and loss of dedication. In 2 months , how do we know your going to be here? Do you understand you will be dropped if you fail to show up on time constantly, especially the first time? I'm no leaver, but I understand why this is an issue and accept the terms. Why do you want to join this team? I'm really tired of solo que and players trolling and or not knowing what they are doing.

Well, I've always been consistant my work schedule allows me to play from 3pm central to around 8central so long as those times are okay. Why do you want to join this team? I love the team vs team enviornment and you seem really serious about it and I am too so it would be good.

Not easily tilted Weaknesses: Can be over aggressive. Vision game. my champion pool is limited to those 5 as of now.

I am a very dedicated league player, I practice the small things such as csing in bot games in my off time, so practices are a no brained I would be fully there. Top champions in the role(5 min): Depends on role, but trust me I have five for each. Can you make the following times? I'm the primary shotcaller, but we have a friendly shotcalling rotation system that works well for us. Strengths: Playing the map and making proper calls effectively based around objectives. Making plays to outrotate and catch picks to get free objectives or initiate team fights. Playing on a trackpad and practically reaching Platinum. Weaknesses: Shotcalling during team fights. As a 5s team, you will have set practice times. How do we know that you will continue to be able to show up for practices? Will I be informed? In the past, the team has had huge issues with leaving players, and loss of dedication. In 2 months , how do we know your going to be here? You won't. If the environment is good, and friendships are maintained, I won't be going anywhere. If I do, and the environment is good, I'd give notice but I'd see no reason to leave or not volunteer to be a sub for my friends if my schedule just isn't fitting. However, if the environment isn't good, I won't even bother giving notice. Do you understand you will be dropped if you fail to show up on time constantly, especially the first time? Of course. Why do you want to join this team? It's currently preseason and I'm looking to start the season off strong.

IGN: Cerber42 Age: 18 Rank: Actually Silver 3, but I have been playing with a lot of Platinum player recently in team ranked and have been doing as fine as them (I am not bragging, if you dont beleive me, just put me to the test) Role: Jungle Top Champion in the role: Elise, Rek'Sai, Kindred, Rengar, Kha'Zix I can make the times demanded Shotcasting ability : 7-8 Prior Team experience: A full Plat team, me being the only one Silver and something else then Plat. We went to Plat 4 ranked team. Strenghts: Dragon & Baron steals, good in-game instinct, good objective taker Weaknesses: Sometimes taking bad decisions, but can be fixed ;) I will continue to show up at practices because ive always wanted to be apart of a really serious team and I always do everything I can to improve myself I will stay in the team, because i always think there is a way to fix a problem, even if we are on a 10 lose streak. Also I never let down people that count on me I do understand i will be dropped if im not there at practices, because this wont be serious wouldn't it? I want to join this team because I eant to feel the experience of participating to a team that actually makes serious things and I want to enrich my league experience and talent while meeting other cool persons

Now that you've seen I really want to bring whatever i can to your team, you can see I am fully dedicated to my goal, and even if I am now Silver, it doesn't mean I have the calibre of a silver player, and that I'm not to stay eternaly in this rank.

Prior Team Experience: I've coached some people individually but as 5v5 no. I would like to get some experience with a rank 5 team.
