Looking for Silver - Gold players for new team

Hello, I'm looking to start a new team from scratch. I recently managed a team, but outside of my control the team was disbanded. I'm still interested in getting a serious team together for the long term, so I figured I'd start again.

Only difference this time around is I will be playing on the team, and I will be top lane. Every other role is currently open.

Some other requirements:

Non-toxic 18+ Good communication Works effectively and professionally Good dedication Can handle criticism Serious/Semi-Serious Can fit to a schedule, which would roughly be 10pm est - 2am est, 4 days a week, exact times and days are open for discussion Meta-Champion pool, strong pocket picks can be discussed

If you have the above requirements and are interested in joining a team or just have any questions, please feel free in adding me at IGN: Cerrav

I stress the 18+ more than the Silver+ for various reasons, I wouldn't be able to budge on that, but thanks for replying anyway, best of luck.
