Low elo coach looking for bronze players for ranked team training

I'm interested in creating a team recruiting only those in Bronze. The main goal would be to improve all the players among us. This includes all things required to make Gold or above. Csing. Wave control. Warding. Team Compositions and why they work. Bot lane synergies. And whatever else I can teach.
