Our team of 4 is currently opening up our application process to find a like-minded individual who is willing to learn and constructively work with the team. We are asking for a relatively friendly, or at least a level-headed player who knows the difference between appropriate times for joking around and appropriate times to take things seriously. Rage and short tempers are completely out of the question. We try to play most nights at [EST 20:00 - 23:00], but may be subject to change depending on individual scheduling.

How to Apply: To begin, we like to think that we are reasonably fair and human, just like you. If you invest time and effort, then we will reciprocate. Who We Are: Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are a primarily Season Four Gold-Platinum-Diamond tier team; next season, we are aiming to compete in online tournaments (such as Go4LoL) as well as reach at least Platinum tier with our own merit in a timely fashion. Some of us already have experience in doing so. As a team, we have a strong emphasis on the importance of game analysis and lectures over recklessly rolling dice against the Queue.

Core Values of this Team: Listening to lectures and watching replays are to be expected; we will take into account your learning preferences [visual, audio, kinesthetic]. Sometimes there will be homework [5-10 minutes a week maximum, if at all] if we run out of time. You may be asked to have a notebook and pen set aside specifically for League of Legends. You will be conditioned and trained to eat, sleep and breathe League of Legends for the entirety of your stay. Further details available upon request during the interview process.

Application Process So how does the application process work?

If your strengths include being 'already mechanically proficient' or having a 'profound understanding of the game', then you close your browser and save yourself the effort in applying. You are already at what you perceive to be the top of things and thereby have no room for improvement. A shame.

2 - After an initial selection process, you will be contacted to schedule an interview which will focus on helping us get an idea about you as a player; watch for a random friend request from one of our interviewers only if you've made it thus far:

3 - After second round of selection, you may be subject to schedule another interview which will focus on helping us understand you; we will want to know the extent of your theoretical knowledge. The second stage includes an evaluation of performance by playing several games with us.

4 - After a third round of selection, you will be contacted one more time to discuss the pros and cons of your application. Perhaps you seem like a good fit but are missing something minor or have some personal reasons to sort out. The third contact will be to clear any impressions and give you opportunity to defend and appeal your case.

Interviews are conducted in an increasing difficulty order; we'd like to ask for you to watch your wording when it comes to answering questions. Many applicants [We have had experiencing processing as many as ninety applications within days] have commented that they wished they had been more prepared for them in advance. Use this information to your advantage.

Don't waste our time with a terrible application, whether it be lacking in detail or dripping with cop-out generalizations, and we won't waste yours - we guarantee it. We are looking for a teammate open to learning more about and embraces the game as a lifestyle that promotes character development, not just as a player, but as a human being; we are looking for a new friend whose desire to discover, analyze, and learn is limited only by their willingness to do so.

Briefly Tell Us Why You'd Like to Join: I'm looking for a team that is structured and looking to improves

Briefly Tell Us About Yourself: I peaked mid D5 last season with roughly 150 games played and I wasn't really pleased with it. I am currently plat V but I will climb fairly quickly(hopefully haha). I am looking for a team that is either currently participating in tournaments/leagues or plans to in the near future. I'm looking to get better so I would love to play with people better than me. I love criticism and being told what I can do to improve my play.

Your Strengths: Lots of team experience. Open to criticism. No problem being a shot caller. Upbeat attitude, I don't rage. Been playing top since end of S2. Been playing league for 4 1/2 years.

Your Weaknesses:I don't tilt often but I will after many losses (I'm only human). I don't play a lot of solo que, but I'm working on making myself play more.

Briefly Tell Us About Yourself: I am 23 yrs old. i play league of legends whenever i am not working. i Drive a 2015 Subaru WRX, because i like to go fast. No, i don't live in fort living room with Mommy and Daddy. i live in my own house with no roommates, so i never have background noise! i am also only gold 2, yes i realize you said plat + but thought i would fill out the app anyways in hopes that you would give me try. Your preferred role: Support/ADC Your Strengths: Early game skirmishes and team fights. Hands down i am the best when it comes to knowing when, where, and who to focus or peel for; Its kind of my thing Your Weaknesses: It doesn't happen often but sometimes i hit this lovely rough patch of " FUCK YOUR SKILL SHOTS " and literally cant hit a single skill shot to save my life, but when i notice it happening i start playing supports less reliant on skill shots.

Briefly Tell Us About Yourself: Been playing since Season 1, starting to take the game seriously and the end of season 3/ beginning of season 4. Reached Plat on solo queue, and plat 3 on my own ranked 5s team that I made and was team captain of. I watch LCS all the time when its on, to learn much of it from strategies bans/picks and the meta. Your preferred role: Mid Your Strengths: In game: Mechanics, team-play shot-calling, dedication (played 860 ranked games in season 4, not including normals). Out of game: Getting along with all the team members and overall being friends whiel playing ranked. Your Weaknesses: Over aggression

Being able to find a reliable team that also are commited to scheduling and making the team better Briefly Tell Us About Yourself: I am a player that has been playing Moba's since DotA beta and am a competitive person when it comes to PvP games. I have played League for a little over a year now and am pretty close to knowing everything about the game. As a top laner I like the fact I play to win and control my lane and also able to keep an open mind about what's going on around the map and predict the plays the other lanes may do depending on how the situation of the game is.
