Looking for dynamic Silver-Gold

I was ranked Gold V last season, this season i was placed in Bronze I and made my way too Gold III. Through a series of events which lead me to believe in "Elo Hell" I'm now Silver II on the verge of dropping to Silver III. All my friends just say that i probably deserve to be in Silver, I highly doubt this in the least cocky way i could possibility make it sound.

Looking for a reliable dynamic team who is actually on constantly. I play this game quite a bit. I'm just looking or a permanant team to play with, I'll even take ranked teams.

Roles for a ranked team~ Adc/Mid/Top/Jungle

I can play Mid and Top at very high levels while my Jungle and ADC is Gold level at best. Though i can play each role competently.
