Creating a team // looking to join team [high gold+ elo only pls]

Hey community, I own a teamspeak server and I want to start playing some team ranked 5s with other people who can read the game and understand how to play well. I am not a tryhard and don't rage- so please don't be toxic. If you are toxic, you will not be allowed on the team. That being said, if you consistently underperform by making many mental mistakes and poor decisions, I will also ask that you leave the team. I want a positive environment where we can help each other improve. But if you aren't on the same level as the rest of the team, then there is simply not a lot we can do to allow you to improve because you don't see the game the same way. I'm not going to enforce being online to practice or play X days a week- this is a game...it is for fun. I am around fairly often and always looking to improve.

I don't have anyone on the team so far, so all roles are open. I main and prefer mid but can do everything pretty well except for ADC. If you are interested, please hit me up in game "FNC Nails". You MUST be willing to join my teamspeak server. There is no point in playing if we cannot communicate with you during the matches. I have ONE rule on my teamspeak- respect others as you would want to be respected. If you are rude and super negative, you will be removed from teamspeak.
