LF Serious Team, Top and Support Main S IV(Will Practice or be on a Practice Squad)

I am a pretty decent Top and Support while I am Silver 4, at least let me try out before any judgment. I did not look to grinding the Ranked Queue last year but am now looking for a team to at least practice with if not play for. Can have any sort of Communication App but now have Skype and Curse. As for the type of player I am, I do not get very salty and am pretty easy going although I do try hard at league. I have a very flexible schedule as I am a night owl on the PST. This being said I am an aggressive support and do off meta supports like Rammus and Sion as well as regular supports like Bard, Thresh, Blitz. Thank you for your time.
