Need help reforming...

I think ive lost my mind by losing in ranked. i was actually just forced to play aatrox mid even tho i was jungle. .. i fill roles and ended up jungle so i locked aatrox and they were displeased so they made me mid aatrox? idk fucking people man... before that i ended up having a bugsplat and couldnt reconnect and lost 18 lp for being afk first 3 mins. im just really stressed and pissed and want to play some casual games. anyone down?
