LF Help Climbing Out of Bronze

Decent player who's stuck in bronze 5 after 4-6 provisionals. Would like to climb but everytime I get someone decent ELO I queue with a friend and they lose it for me. Currently at 0 LP looking for someone to carry me, I can play any role, mostly mid and jungle though.
