Forming a Silver Team/Group of Players to climb in rating.

Hi guys I am just tired of winning lane, getting good cs, being 3/0/0 then looking at the scoreboard to see its 10(their team) to 3(my team) in kills. So I just want to see if we can get together and play some games and get our ratings up, This is not a official team, it will be a club and when you want to rank other people in the club that are on can join you.
