Stuck in Bronze or Silver? LFP to Duo (Will Train You if Needed)

I'll be direct. I'm currently Bronze 5, but have been told by several higher tier players that I have better mechanics than most Bronze players. However, I can still improve on my attitude, last hitting, and decision-making.

• Attitude: Feeders and AFKS suck. After awhile, it starts to get to you. Muting everyone only helps so much.
• Last Hitting: I usually out cs my lane and the enemy team, but still misclick more than I would like.
• Decision-making: Trying to save people or finish kills when I should just stay alive. Current average is 2.9 deaths a game, but I prefer my perfect to 1 death games.

Now that some of my negatives are out of the way, I'll explain my strong points:

• I'm an objective-focused Jinx ADC (50% win ratio) and Corki backup (56% win ratio).
• I can fill and hold/win any lane. Champion pool is Heimerdinger Mid (66% win ratio), Cho'Gath Mid/Top/Jg (57% win ratio), Morgana Support (57% win ratio).
• I'm a very consistent player with multiple champs who will not feed if and when I cannot carry.

So what am I looking for in a Duo Partner?

• I prefer a Duo partner who can Top, Support, Mid, or Jungle (in that order). I have a strategy that has had some success that I would like to continue experiment with.
• Must have 1-3 champions you are consistent. My definition of consistent is 50-60% win ratio, average under 4 deaths, and can win/outfarm/hold lane with confidence.
• Must have a mic/headphones with Curse or Teamspeak. I'm open to Skype, but it isn't my preference for in-game use.
• If you are in CST, that would be great. Second preference would be Pacific or Mountain. The East coast may be going to sleep when I play late nights.
• Optional: I would prefer someone 21+, however I understand age isn't an accurate gauge of someone's maturity or seriousness of play.

Side Note Depending on how many varying positions/players contact me, I will be considering creating a Ranked Team with all duo partners for improving on Teamwork, Shot calling, Decision-making, and overall Team Rewards. I've posted about teams and duo partners before, but I'm taking this more seriously this time. If interested, fill out the application before and ask any questions you may have.
