5 man below 30 levels

i'm a fill main and i can do any role you need. i need 4 other players who can carry me at least above the tier of players i'm going with because i'm either getting very very bad players or the players who decide they want to troll and think they are faker.. (my brand from last game who sat there and ksed then took all my cs while letting their zyra snowball). from the garens who think that support garen is good and it's a good thing to troll to the teemos who think teemo is a viable adc against a vayne who legitimately has "Pro vayne" in their username. i implore you. Help me wipe the floor with all these boosted apes together
