Mid/ADC looking for queue buddies

Let's be honest, Solo queue at the moment is basically a dice roll. You queue up, get stuck with your secondary more often than not, and you get teammates that generally tend to either perform so poorly that the entire enemy team gets fed, or your whole team stomps without you and you're basically just moral support. After all, it's not like you can determine the outcome of the game before it even starts. Most of the time.

So, I figure with a solid partner or group, we could climb a lot more rapidly with less random factors to impede our progress. For some reason, every time the reset comes around, I'm always placed into low silver. Back in season 2, I had Silver elo and finished just barely over 1500 for Gold. Season 3 I was placed in Silver 4 and finished Gold 5. Season 4 was in Silver 3 and finished Gold 1. Season 5 had me in Silver 5 and I worked up to Plat 2. And now, in Season 6, it threw me back down to Silver 4 and by Silver 2 I'm already annoyed with the climb and the players within..
