LF other people to start a ranked team

I don't care what skill level you are. Just be respectful and willing to work in a team. Do not rage. Please. We are not going to be LCS. I am just looking for people who play frequently and want to play in a team environment (because I despise solo Q). I main mid but I don't have to play mid every game. We can mix it up if we want to.

I own a teamspeak server so I want to be able to use that- so please have or be willing to download teamspeak. That's the only requirement.
