LF High level Jungle, Mid, and potentially Top lane players

So I see a lot of posts around here about putting flex teams together, but I never really see these teams go beyond LFM, or disbanding after a few bad games (or worse, not even getting off the ground in the first place). I want to change that. I believe that a successful group dynamic comes from dedication, communication, and coordination. As such, this complicated setting will not come easily, nor will it be present from the beginning of the team's lifespan. As such, I am looking for 3 main things from potential applicants:

Consistency - Being available and ready to go when it's playtime says a lot about your character and dedication, more so than anything else. A working microphone - The advantage of team play vs. queuing solo is that communications are assumed to be had, which results in more difficult matches overall. We will be using a VoiP (that is TBD) during our matches, so being able to communicate with other team members is required. Accepting criticism - How can a team reach the heights of competitive play without first improving its individual parts? While playing for fun is definitely okay, when crossing into the competitive ranked environment, I expect the team to be playing to win as well, and understand the reasons for losses and attempt to improve on them.

Not too demanding, I should say.

Rather than an application process that is ambiguous, I will be interviewing interested candidates individually. More details will be available after the interview. While you're free to post here and get my attention, I advise adding me in-game (GenerousGreed), or Cheostian as well, and giving either one of us your preferred 2 roles, for both Twisted Treeline and Summoner's Rift.

Extra Note: I am Cheostian re-posting Greed's original message. I am setting up the team 2 of this arrangement.

Our current team 2 solidified roster is the following:

Top: Potential opening currently filled by Diamond, reached challenger briefly in season 2 or 3 but he may also play mid for us. Jungle: Potential opening Mid: Potential opening ADC: Maxed out at master level, he's on a smurf account so we can que with him. Support: My lowly self sitting currently in gold. Though I haven't in the past played as much ranked, I often play with plats and diamond friends, often winning lane at that level.

I am unsure what Greed is still looking for in his team, but I am still looking at players for Jungle and Mid positions. I think for now, based on the level of most of our team, I likely would only be considering Platinum players or higher. If the team reaches a point where I am the only person holding us back, I'll replace myself in support and move to a coaching/management role if the team seems dedicated enough.

We have players we have tested for all roles so far, but we are not yet firm on which of the two teams they will be on yet and if they all will work out as a team unit yet.

A key point of joining my team will be your communication, attitude, and team play skills.
