S4 (Plat) S5 (Plat) Supp/Jungle main looking for Dynamic Queue team

I have all champions and am currently ranked mid gold and looking for a team to climb ladder with.

Jungle mains: Shyvana Gragas Hecarim Zac RekSai

Support mains: Lulu Janna Thresh Trundle Zyra

Would prefer the support role but I am equally proficient at jungle, though my champion pool is a bit smaller for that role. I primarily do not play carry-style champions in the jungle and have a reactive-jungle playstyle if there isn't a shot caller.

I'm capable of playing nearly any support and regularly use off-meta picks to fill in for the team's needs. I have an aggressive-support playstyle but am capable of playing defensively and from behind.

I have little experience as a team's shot caller but I am capable of calling basic plays and map rotations. Primarily I focus on skirmishes and short-term goals rather than overall game plans.

I live in the -7 GMT time zone and am usually available after 6:00 pm to midnight. I work with a rotating schedule so my day's off fluctuate but I am usually online most evenings, as well as some mornings and afternoons.

Hey I'm playing in a division well below my current skill level. I started playing in November 2015. And the first few months my win rate was pathetic. Now I'm slowly climbing.

I've got over 1000 games under my belt this season, and I'm starting to carry most of my games that I win. I rarely lose a lane and if I start out bad I'm good at playing conservative to slow their progress.

Overall my best strength is macro play. When a team follows my lead we generally win.

My preferred roles are adc and mid. I tend to lean towards team fight comps/strategy. And as a carry I usually have a lot of assists because I like helping my team get fed and/or preventing the enemy from getting fed simply by saving a teammate.

I'm looking for someone to take this game seriously. I read one of your posts, and I couldn't agree more how ranked games are the only games that are fun. I love the intense competitive feeling it brings.

Ideally looking for a group that is willing to skype/discord/etc and not get unnerved when you get criticized. It sounded like we may have similar philosophies.
