Old Plat Team Members looking to make another team

So another summoner and I that have been plat for the last few seasons just recently started playing again like a couple weeks ago. We had and old ranked team that hit plat 1 and we hit diamond series twice and could never make it in. So this season were going to get back at it and were going to try to hit that diamond push this season. We have a bunch of tournament experience and we can figure out a practice scheduale.

What im looking for is a bot lane and a jungler. I prefer the bot lane to already know each other. Also you should have a mic if you want to play.
