Lucky 13 Serious Diamond + Team looking for Coaching staff.

Hello, I'm Łuther owner of Lucky 13. I'm currently looking for a head coach, a coach and an analyst for my team. We have been around for about 7 months now, I'm looking for dedicated coaching staff who want to help players achieve their goals whatever they may be. That being said, this team is going through a rebuilding process of 2-4 weeks starting at coaching staff and then adding in players. We will be primarily a tournament team and I will be paying out of pocket for any entry fees to tournaments. **Head Coach Requirements **- As head coach you'll be expected to have had past experience with coaching before, a strong knowledge of macro play and the current meta patch by patch. You'll be expected to be running pick/ban.

Coach Requirements - You'll be expected to learn under the head coach while giving feedback that helps improve players, spotting things he may not see during game and discussing them after. You'll be doing more 1 on 1 training with players who require knowledge of certain match ups or what they can improve on.

Analyst - As an analyst you'll be expected to go over the data of each game, watch vods and let the head coach/coach know what they can be improving on, you'll be the ones reading the most data/watching the most and developing team comps.

Although we don't want to prevent great friendships between players and the coaching staff from developing, remember that the team comes before the possibility of the aforementioned friendships. We've experienced how complacency can develop from this and what to do all we can to improve from the mistakes of the past.
