LF Players for Ranked Dynamic Queue (Bronze/Silver)

Hi Summoners,

I am looking for players who would like to try to work together in pre-mades to climb out of bronze/silver and head towards gold. Please, please, please... have the basic mechanics and game knowledge required for ranked game play. In my humble opinion I feel Riot does not has very strict requirement when enabling ranked gameplay, the 16 champion and summoner level 30 requirement isn't enough for most players to fully grasp the strategy involved when entering competitive gameplay.

I believe this is the reason why many people who PUG may have a more difficult time progressing through the divisions. I understand that no one is perfect, we all make mistakes and many mistakes will be made throughout the course of progression. However I believe that as long as we are mature, patient, and willing to work on improving our mistakes we all should be able to climb. Let us (those who want to apply effort to progress) take advantage of the new Dynamic Queue system in place to progress through the divisions more successfully.

If you are interest please add me in-game (Raikor) I play the most on the weekends but can play from 7:00pm - 10:00 pacific standard time. I am a support main but can fill MID and ADC if needed. I look forward in meeting like minded players on my journey up the ladder!
