what do you guys think about an option that can switch the map to the view your most comfortable with. For example if your on red side you can switch the view as if you were on blue. the only thing that would change as in the environment is the brushes on top and bot, and the positions of bar and drag. What do you guys think about this idea?
I understand why you're proposing this, what with vision being slightly better for players on blue side. But if you look into the info available for the Summoner's Rift visual update, you'll see that Riot already has a plan to fix the lopsided view advantage by altering the perspective a bit. A lot of people probably won't even notice the slight change in camera angle, but it REALLY will help, especially if you're a player who likes to play with the camera locked. Although I do recommend trying to get used to panning your camera for greater vision of your surroundings :)
good idea i had the idea of something similar
because the win rate of the blue side is higher because the camera angle is less wonky . i always hate playing on the purple wide just because the ui is in the road. It would bring complete fairness to the playing field but would be really wierd to impletment. it would be something that changed the game
