Copy SMITE's system for ARAM. Just make sure both teams have the same number of healers. Sure you'll be at a disadvantage if you're given Nami to answer their Sona, but it's at least something, and that random chance is a lot of what makes ARAM fun.

or it would be if we had an actual dodge penalty to prevent scumming.
