New Mode

I have idea for new mode. It's One for All boosted concept. Point of this mode is possibility to pick any champion even is picked by someone else. This premission let us make great combos with cool champion pool. And problem of cc for champ like Riven? Hmm always we can make buff to every champion -50 % time duration for all weaknesses(stun /slow/hold/silence). Please imagine own doubled/tripled any champion combo set before You hate my idea. Thanks!
