We need to keep URF (My reason is unique. Please read)

I realize this is constantly talked about. But I really do think URF should be a permanent gamemode. I think it would be totally cool if it was permanent for everyone to play on, but if Riot decided against that it isn't too big of a deal. However, I have really enjoyed URF, not just for getting to become ultra op with my mains, but also for trying out new champions. What better way to learn the ins and outs then to be able to spam your abilities with no cd and everyone is generally more laid back anyway because no one takes URF seriously.

So I propose that URF be implemented,** permanently**, into a bot mode. This would be extremely useful for being able to go in and learn a new champion and practice using all their various abilities. Granted, bots aren't the real thing, but you could definitely get practice landing Cho's q, learning how to time Yi's q, how to snipe with Jinx's w and r, etc.
