RIOT, how removing death timers and adding a "cooldown refresher" summoner's spell on custom modes?

Sometimes you wanna practice something on custom summoner's rift but it doesn't help when you die and you have to wait a long time before an oppourtunity to try again. It would also be really helpful to have a cooldown refresher so you can try again when you fail. So how about making this an option when creating a custom game?

Perhaps even god mode or dummy bots?
