I like hexakill

Hexakill on twisted treeline is my favourite relaxation mode on league.

How do you guys view this mode? I get the impression that a lot of people dislike it.

Somehow I get in a different state of mind when I play here. It doesn't matter if my team picks are not the best for the map type and we might lose.

I play to win, but I don't get upset at all if I don't. I actually use this mode to have fun.

I use this also to challenge myself. I typically pick melee AD champions and try to go for a good score. Usually the first match with a champion I do poorly. Then I try to improve in the next game. I'm thinking for example my first renekton game I got a score 7-7. Second game 13-3.

I think it is fun for me because the map allows me to go full out damage build, and then I have to play smart since I can die very easily. Still with renekton as an example, I had to learn to use "e" in a better way. At first I would blow both "e" casts to kill someone and I would end up getting killed by his teamates. So I had to learn to "give up" the second cast as a damage spell. Or for example Jarvan is hard because you only have one cooldown to go in or to go out. I've noticed with him recently that I can "e" then "r" and then "q" to get out of my own pit. I thought that was pretty neat.

It is a great advantage that there are no wards on this map, because you can run into bushes for a big advantage. Usually it happens when I'm half dead and just need a cooldown to finish someone that is chasing me. This usually happens when I'm playing wukong. So I always aim for "bush control".

My favourite champions on the map are wukong and riven since they are easy to engage, do damage and can fall back from a fight. I especially like when my teamates complain on the pick screen about the "useless riven" and I will get to carry them with riven later on.

The AP champions are ok. I don't find them as fun. It could be that I find them too easy/cheesy since they can poke from afar. It is easier to throw spells and run back. Or maybe I just don't feel I can insta delete someone with them, as I can with a melee AD. I play AP if there's not enough magic damage on our team.

Oh and I just wanted to say, the most annoying champion for me is ezreal. Annoying, hard to kill does lots of damage. I also fear leblanc since she is really strong 1v1 and at running away. I don't mind katarinas at all. They will die before they can do much.

So although I know it is pointless to mention it here... I wish this mode would stay forever <3.

What do you guys think of hexakill on twisted treeline?

Personally I don't like hexakill too much since the people I get paired against just become some super stompy team. But it can be fun!

Hexakill made champs like Katarina kinda boring now.

What's wrong with SR? 20 minutes of staring at minion health bars then surrendering isn't enough relaxation for you?
