Team Builder Champion Select

I feel that champion select could be made significantly better if instead of picking a champ then lane and role and searching for team members, if we reversed the process and we first select our lane and role (eg Jungle and tank) and then once we find a team we choose a champion. This would allow teams to build decent comps and put synergy into their play instead of having to blindly choose a champion that may negatively interact with other champions on the team (like Janna and Morgana)
