Everyone needs to understand its called TEAMBUILDER for a reason!

I'm really sick of going into teambuilder and ADC's instantly leaving when there isn't a support ready and waiting for them. It's highly irritating, if you aren't willing to wait and BUILD your TEAM then please stay in Draft or Blind pick. Supports are far and few between, stop leaving instantly just because you think you're entitled to having a support as soon as you have a group. It's cool to leave if you don't like the team comp or if the group you join is trying to do some weird team comp for fun.
