A champion select idea which can lower the number of instalockers drasticly

soo , when people come in champ select they will be present with 5 boxes , (TOP) (MID) (JUNG) (ADC) (SUPP) , those boxes will be randomly placed on the bottom of the screen every match so you wont be able to spam one point on the screen and hope you get the lane you want . Once pressed theese boxes cannot be pressed by anyone else. that way everybody will know who was first and who was last .

i know this kind of task is VERY hard to do but please consider it :)))
