Modified Teambuilder for Ranked Games

Yes, i know the classical Teambuilder would be a bad Idea for ranked games.

But what about this: You can just choose your position, no champion. The position is just for your team visible. It will reduces the amount of discrepancies like "i said mid first" ... "but there is a pickorder" ... "mid or feed/troll". And hopefully it will improve the overall player experience.
