Aram Broken?

Sitting in queue for aram. Approx time shown is at an unusual 5min wait. Actual wait time is over 13min and counting. Played 2 games prior to this and didnt have that issue. Was wondering if anyone else is having this problem atm.

Sane here, having trouble. NA server, FL with Brighthouse ISP.
