The Featured game modes of League of Legends

So Riot thinks the featured games modes should be only available for a very short amount of time and be removed because it gets boring after a while, but we love these modes because they are fun and great to play and it helps take away the frustration of ranked games. It is pretty common knowledge that if you are on a losing streak on a ranked game you should stop playing and go do something else that will take your mind away from it or "un-tilt" you. I think these game modes are great for that. Whenever I am doing bad in ranked i usually go play a ARAM game just to have fun and take mind of ranked and then continue with ranked, which actually works for me. So what i'm trying to say is, if there are these extra game modes are available why let them go to waste and possibly never comeback, why not just rotate them like champions. Each of the game mode each week!!! We have maps like crystal scar and dominion which is not that popular right now and even ranked gets boring every once in a while. If you guys can rotate the 8 modes (maybe more) think it should keep things interesting.
