The New Summoners Rift - Sissy Towers
Hi. (Forgive me for my english). I was watching the Summorner's Rift Preview, and it looks fine, but you talk alot about individual placement, and the aweness of details that tells you, where you are. But I was watching a stream the other day, and I noticed, that when the champions is in range of turrent' shots, it looks kinda... silly, and weak, and unimportant. I am not talking about the design of the turrens, but the grafics of the shots it fires. Because they are so small, with no real noice, either impact or flying distance, It doesn't look/feel like an actual guardian of your nexus, that's supposed to keep off enemies. With the quote I mean that you focus on readability, but I feel like there should be done a modification (just to the animation of the shot).
I do have some possibilities/suggestions: 1. you could make the color of the shot, or sound, comparable to the turrent' % hp, so if it has 1% hp, it makes a more quite sound or darker/more invisible color. That way, the turrent would feel more alive, and when at its brightes making an impact, but weakend when damaged or low health.
2. Make the shots more visible, simply by increasing its volumen. (make it bigger, more sound, more game!).
