This Years Harrowing

I have an idea on this years Harrowing event, or even next years:

My idea is based on the fact that there are finally five Arcade skins and also on last years Doom Bots of Doom mode. It would be a three to four match game mode.

Match One: Normal / Intermediate bot game (If made three matches this match gets OMITED)

Match Two: Doom Bots level one or two

Match Three: Blitzcrank (Maybe two or all of Miss Fortune, Hecarim, Sona as normal bots, with Blitzcrank getting some sort of buffs and your team can only spawn 1/2 as many minions while he is alive) Constantly roams maybe?

Match Four: Same as above but Veigar is also on the enemy team and stays in base roaming, is massively powerful (Final Boss Veigar, Duh) and causes no minions to spawn for your team during the entire game.

I understand that if this was picked up it probably wont be finished by this year but it would be awesome in my opinion to see this.

If it's unclear on anything ask and I will try and explain it better, I just figure this would be fitting for the Arcade Skin line up and the skins could go on a small sale or something during the week if Riot wanted to HintHint.
