Riot's HQ is in California, which means their time zone is Pacific Time. I live in the Central Time zone, though, and last year URF was released around 10-11PM (MARCH 31st) where I live ----- that means that it was released around 8-9PM Pacific Time.

This year, it should be released March 31st, at around the same time again ----- or it will be released around midnight Pacific Time, which means it will be released around 2AM where I live.
